Как отметил эксперт, Словакия и Польша хотят поставлять Украине истребители МиГ-29 в надежде, что взамен США дадут им истребители F-16. При этом действуют они достаточно цинично: утверждают, что, передавая МиГи, они стремятся помочь киевскому режиму.
«Но старые истребители советского производства, которые не были модернизированы, не смогут изменить ход российской СВО на Украине», – отмечает аналитик.
Ахмед Адель уверен: поскольку Польша и Словакия сегодня практически не имеют отношений с Россией, они не могут модернизировать свой парк истребителей МиГ-29 или получать запасные части. Именно по этой причине две страны хотят отдать свои истребители, особенно если они могут получить взамен истребители американского производства F-16.
«В то же время поставки истребителей МиГ-29 на Украину из Словакии и Польши указывают на то, что США вряд ли будут поставлять Киеву свои F-16. Вполне вероятно, что США примут немецкую модель поощрения союзных государств: за отправку своей старой военной техники ВСУ будут вознаграждать страны более современным оружием», – пишет эксперт.
По подсчетам аналитика, если Словакия и Польша поставят Украине все свои МиГ-29, то авиапарк ВСУ увеличится на 140 истребителей. Однако на ситуацию на фронте это не повлияет, уверен египетский специалист.
«Российские воздушные силы включают в себя множество истребителей четвертого поколения, таких как МиГ-31, и истребителей пятого поколения, таких как Су-57. Между тем, истребители МиГ-29 Словакии и Польши относятся к третьему поколению», – заметил Ахмед Адель.
Кроме прочего, даже если европейцы передадут Украине МиГ-29, то непонятно, как ВСУ будут эксплуатировать машины, добавил аналитик. Почти все военные украинские аэродромы были уничтожены, так что истребителям будет неоткуда взлетать. А если взлет и посадку будут осуществлять с территории страны ЕС, то это будет прямым вмешательством в конфликт со всеми вытекающими отсюда последствиями.
