Груды строительного мусора у контейнерных площадок вызывают возмущение у жителей Петербурга, но на фоне бездействия чиновников Смольного и губернатора Александра Беглова проблема не решается, а только усугубляется.
Ситуация дошла до того, что рабочие выбрасывают отходы даже на газоны, у жилых домов и в зеленых массивах.
С начала 2023 года было зафиксировано 3317 случаев, наиболее остро обстоит ситуация в Невском и Красносельском районах. Об этом сообщает «Невский экологический оператор».
«Как надоедает эта показуха. Раз 20 обращались в УК, писали на сайт Беглова, звонили 004 и в «Наш Петербург» и всем все равно. В центре города мешками выносили строительный мусор», — жалуется на отходы петербуржец.
Проблема в том, что региональный оператор не обязан вывозить строительный мусор. К тому же такие отходы не относятся ни к твердым коммунальным, ни к крупногабаритным. Из-за того, что такие случаи не регламентируются законодательством, вблизи мусорных площадок выбрасывается огромное количество строительных отходов.
Это чревато тем, что в любой момент может возникнуть возгорание, тем более, что уже есть прецедент. Речь идет о возгорании отходов в Уткиной заводи на площади 80 квадратных метров.
Ранее жители Красносельского района зафиксировали на видео сброс строительного мусора в ПУХТО из грузовика известного перевозчика.
